What it does
Shows a popup form with text inputs, paragraphs, and selects you design in the form editor. After submit, field values are available as flow variables.Configuration
Open the block in the builder sidebar to configure these fields.edit_form

Open the visual form editor to add fields and validation.
save_user_var
Type: string.
Stores submitter Discord id as {vars.name}. Each field is also {vars.<field_id}.
save_channel_id_var
Type: string.
Stores the channel id where the modal opened.
Example workflow
- Configure fields — Add short text, paragraph, or select inputs with custom ids.
- Send the form — Typically placed after a button click or command response.
- Handle submit — Connect blocks after the form to read
{vars.field_id}values.
Tips
- Field custom ids become variable names. Use lowercase ids without spaces.
